Activities performed: Supporting, through legal expertise, the transposition and implementation of the electricity integration package in Albania.

The overall objective of this assignment is to support the Albanian government, OST, regulator and other relevant stakeholders in the transposition and implementation of legal/regulatory and technical frameworks for regional electricity market integration in alignment with the new electricity integration package adopted by the Energy Community Ministerial Council in December 2022.
